First Choice VIP Care Plus (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) knows how important it is to stay connected with you, our VIP members. We make it easy for you to contact us by phone or through the mail.

If English is not your first language, don't worry. There are friendly interpreters who can translate for you. Just use our "multi-language interpreter services" document, below, to find out who you need to call. We do not charge you for our interpreter services.
