Potential for Contract Termination

First Choice VIP Care Plus (Medicare-Medicaid Plan) has a contract with both Medicare and South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid. This contract renews every year. In the event we reduce our plan's service area or this contract terminates, expires, or is not renewed for any reason, you will not lose your Medicare or South Carolina Healthy Connections Medicaid Coverage. Should the contract end for any reason, you will receive advance notice in writing containing your coverage options and First Choice VIP Care Plus will continue to provide your health and prescription drug benefits until you start your new coverage.
